Goliath

We have a fresh new design with instructions. This time it is Goliath, a monster robot. It walks, it moves the arms, and there is a pilot inside! This design uses the Activity Pack (the 300+ extra blocks). You may need a second WeDo set if you don't have it, or you may improvise with other LEGO bricks you have around. Adding and Subtracting   The Drumming Monkey is used as a helper to practice adding and subtracting. This is a 45 minute session designed for students Grade 2 in the US and Year 3 in the UK. DC-3

Friends from Yellowknife in Canada are asking for our help with an incredible project. They are trying to get the iconic DC-3 from Buffalo Airways into an official LEGO model. If you have seen the TV show Ice Pilots, you’ll recognize it immediately. The level of details of the DC-3 is unbelievable, it has a retractable landing gear, functional airstair door, and detachable cargo and cockpit areas! If you like to support the project, please visit www.godc3.com   The design is being showcased in LEGO Cuusoo, a website started by the Japanese company CUUSOO. This website allows users to submit models that can be converted into official LEGO sets. As a way to support them, we also recreated the DC-3 with our WeDo version. Enjoy and spread the word!
